your tasks

• managing and motivating the team AP team
• supervision of Accounts Payables and Payments process
• looking for process improvements in local business and the process
• creation and regular update of procedures and manuals
• coordination of daily AP processes
• coordination of month-end close process in line with global requirements and deadlines
• preparation of reports and ad hoc analysis
• presenting results at monthly calls with regional management and the global treasury team
• maintaining constant contact with other finance teams

what we expect

• master’s degree in Finance and Accounting or Economic background
• professional experience in finance or accounting in a global company- SSC/BPO structures preferred
• minimum 1 year of experience in team management
• very good English (min. B2 level)
• advanced knowledge of Excel
• experience in SAP or other ERP systems will be an asset
• very goo communication skills
• focus on details
• willingness to work in a dynamic and challenging environment
