AP/AR Specialist | CPA

Location: Fully Remote Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent Working Hours: US Eastern Time | Night Shift Work Setup: Remote About the Role We are looking for a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with hands-on experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable , data encoding, credit collection, and reconciliation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with US-based clients and Eastern Time hours. Responsibilities Process and encode Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions accurately. Prepare and process invoices, payments, credit memos, and related accounting records. Monitor outstanding balances and assist with credit and collection activities. Perform bank, payment, AP/AR, and account reconciliations. Maintain accurate customer and vendor records. Prepare AR aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts. Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and account variances. Maintain proper supporting documentation for accounting transactions. Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications Certified Public Accountant (CPA) . Experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. Experience with credit and collections. Strong understanding of reconciliation processes. High attention to detail and accuracy in data encoding. Good written and verbal English communication skills. Experience working with NetSuite is preferred. Comfortable working US Eastern Time / night shift. Reliable, organized, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
