Role Description This is a part-time, remote App Development role designed for undergraduate and graduate students seeking hands-on experience. Day-to-day tasks include contributing to the design and development of web and mobile applications, writing and testing code under guidance from senior developers, and assisting in integrating AI-powered features into existing platforms. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional team members, participating in code reviews, documenting technical work, and supporting troubleshooting and debugging activities. Students will have the opportunity to work on live projects, learn modern development practices, and build a portfolio of real-world work in an entrepreneurial, tech-focused environment. This position is unpaid and intended as a learning and skill-building opportunity.
Qualifications

• Strong Programming and Software Development skills, with familiarity in at least one modern programming language or framework used for web or mobile app development.
• Solid Analytical Skills, including the ability to break down technical problems, debug issues, and optimize code or system performance.
• Effective Communication skills for collaborating in remote teams, sharing updates clearly, and participating in discussions with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Interest or experience in Sales or product-focused thinking, such as understanding user needs, features that drive engagement, and how apps support business goals.
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an undergraduate or graduate program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent self-taught experience).
• Basic understanding of version control (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
• Ability to manage time effectively in a part-time, remote environment and commit to agreed project timelines.
• Curiosity about AI-powered tools, startups, and entrepreneurship, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
