Python Application Support & Maintenance Engineer Must Have. 5+ years of experience in application support, maintenance, or production support environments. Experience with Python using Django . Experience with C#/.NET applications and services. Knowledge of incident management, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem resolution. Experience implementing minor application enhancements and changes based on business requirements. Ability to monitor and maintain application stability, performance, and availability. Nice to Have. Basic experience with ColdFusion , particularly for back-end services. Responsibilities. Manage the ongoing maintenance and support of business-critical IT applications. Implement minor application changes and enhancements based on customer needs and business requirements. Ensure application stability, availability, and optimal performance. Monitor system health and proactively identify opportunities for improvements and optimizations. Meet and maintain established KPIs related to system availability, incident resolution, and change implementation.
