DevOps Engineer

Qualifications

• Strong Infrastructure as Code (IaC) skills, with experience using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar solutions.
• Software Development experience in at least one programming or scripting language (e.g., Python, Go, JavaScript, Bash) to support automation and tooling.
• Hands-on Continuous Integration experience, including setting up and maintaining CI pipelines with platforms like GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar.
• System Administration skills, including managing servers, user access, security configurations, and performance tuning.
• Solid Linux knowledge, including command-line proficiency, shell scripting, and troubleshooting in production environments.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is highly beneficial.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and related networking and security concepts.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, communicate clearly with distributed teams, and document systems and processes effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack) is a plus.
