🚀 We’re Hiring: App Marketing Manager (Remote)

Ready to own the growth of AI-powered mobile apps used by people every day?

KevKin Innovations builds its own AI-first apps and mobile products, fully in-house. We’re now looking for an App Marketing / Growth Manager who can turn installs into revenue, and revenue into a repeatable growth engine.

🎯 What You’ll Own

• Growth strategy across our portfolio of AI-powered apps

• User acquisition, app installs, engagement and revenue growth

• IAP and subscription strategy, pricing, paywalls and purchase funnels

• Paid acquisition campaigns and creative testing

• Funnel, retention, LTV, ARPU, CAC and ROAS analysis

• A/B tests and growth experiments, from hypothesis to result

• ASO and store conversion, working with product, dev and creative teams

• Competitor and market tracking to spot new growth opportunities

• Clear performance reports that drive decisions

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in Android/iOS app marketing

• Strong understanding of IAP, subscriptions and mobile app monetization

• Hands-on experience with Google Ads / UAC and other mobile acquisition channels

• Solid knowledge of GA4/Firebase, app attribution and analytics tools

• Good grip on ASO, conversion optimization and retention

• Data-first mindset: you turn insights into action

• Experience with A/B testing and experimentation

• Strong command of LTV, CAC, ROAS, ARPU, retention and funnel metrics

• Consumer/mobile app growth experience preferred
