APPIAN Developer

Job Description This is a remote position. We are looking for an Appian Developer to join a team working on European and South American projects. Daily communication with the team and stakeholders will be mostly in English, and work can be done remotely. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain Appian applications, ensuring optimal functionality and performance. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Implement workflows, UI components, and integrations within the Appian platform. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Appian applications. Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines. Conduct unit testing and participate in code reviews to maintain code quality. Document development processes and solutions for future reference. Skills & Qualifications: 2-3 years of experience developing solutions with Appian. Familiarity with Appian architecture, data models, and process automation. Experience integrating Appian applications with third-party systems and APIs. Strong understanding of low-code development principles. Experience with SQL databases, web services (REST/SOAP), and Appian Plug-ins. Ability to debug and troubleshoot complex Appian applications.
