Application Engineer Bonding & Gasketing

About this Position Dedicate to providing technical support and solutions for E-Mobility coating, bonding and sealing applications. Responsible for defining CTQ (Critical to Quality) customer technical requirements, collaborating with PD to complete innovative product development, and leading new application development. Handle customer complaints and conduct technical troubleshooting with professional expertise. Support technical training and marketing promotion activities. Collaborate with sales, BDM, PD and relevant stakeholders to achieve project objectives. Perform laboratory evaluations to verify potential solutions, and report technical results to customers. What you´ll do Provide customers with professional and strong technical support to build and strengthen customer trust and partnership with Henkel, secure existing business, and capture future growth opportunities through team collaboration. Drive innovation in applications, processes and equipment; develop best-in-class laboratory testing and application capabilities. Collaborate with regional and global Application Engineering and PD teams, leverage cross-regional best practices, and deep-dive into key technical challenges in E-Mobility applications. What makes you a good fit Extensive knowledge and solid expertise in coating application, process and equipment for E-Mobility industry ,with above 5 years of relevant working experience. Familiar with adhesive technologies, such as acrylic, epoxy, silicone etc. Strong analytical and creative thinking, proactive, and enthusiastic about working in an international team and environment. Good understanding of technology trends in the E-Mobility industry. Bachelor’s degree or above in Chemistry, Polymer Materials or related majors. Excellent communication skills and fluent in English (both spoken and written).
