- Contribute technical content to sales and marketing initiatives (launches, trade fairs) and deliver specialized talks and presentations.
- Design and deliver technical courses and workshops for customers and employees, in-office or on-site.
- Plan content and training schedules for the continuous technical development of partners and the internal team.
- Coordinate the technical execution of projects, from design through to commissioning (FAT, supply, installation), acting as the point of contact between customer, SMA, and partners.
- Track milestones, risks, and deadlines, ensuring smooth communication between all parties.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, with several years of hands-on experience in an electrical engineering environment.
- Minimum of three years of progressive experience in pre-sales engineering or an equivalent position, with demonstrated problem-solving and solution-design capability.
- In-depth technical knowledge of the Spanish electricity market, photovoltaics, and battery storage systems is highly desirable.
- Experience in configuring and simulating solar/storage plants using software such as PVsyst, PV*Sol, Sunny Design, or similar tools.
- Good command of MS Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, for data analysis, presentations, and technical documentation.
- Strong engineering capability, a solutions-oriented mindset, and good technical communication skills with customers. Motivation, curiosity, and autonomy.
- Native/bilingual Spanish and professional-level English (written and spoken) are essential; Portuguese is a plus.
- Availability to travel frequently within Spain and occasionally to other European countries for customer meetings, training, and technical support.
- Experience coordinating and managing multidisciplinary technical projects, including planning, milestone tracking, and stakeholder management (internal and external).
