Senior Application Manager / IT Integration Specialist 100% (m/f/d) – Linux | Payment Transactions

For a client in the banking sector in Zurich, we are seeking two experienced individuals to integrate and support purchased software in the payment processing sector.

You will support one of two DevOps teams: Team MESS focuses on EBICS, SWIFT, and multibanking, while Team Plankton focuses on CLS, SIC, and sanctions filter checks.

Responsibilities:

* Integration and support of purchased applications in the payment processing sector

* Connecting applications to external systems and existing infrastructure

* Supporting ongoing operations as well as analyzing and resolving technical issues

* Creating and maintaining Unix shell scripts to support business processes

* Contributing to technical adjustments and implementing new requirements within the DevOps team

Experience:

* Several years of experience as an IT integration specialist or application manager for purchased software

* Good practical knowledge of Linux servers, Unix shell scripting, databases, and application interfaces

* Knowledge of IBM MQ, Oracle, or PostgreSQL, certificates, and Enterprise Directory and Active Directory is an advantage

* Experience with Podman, Keycloak, Karaf, Perl, or Python is an advantage

* Knowledge of payment solutions such as EBICS, SWIFT, SIC, or CLS is an advantage

* Experience in requirements engineering is an advantage

* German C2 and English B2
