Role Description:

The Application Senior Supervisor Agile (.NET & AI-LLM Integration) is a full-time role responsible for leading application development teams using agile methodologies, with a focus on .NET solutions and AI/LLM integration. Based in Cairo in a hybrid arrangement, the role combines on-site collaboration with flexibility to work from home for certain tasks. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing application design and development, setting technical direction, managing sprint planning, prioritizing backlogs, and ensuring high-quality code delivery. The role involves coordinating with stakeholders to gather requirements, translating business needs into technical solutions, and supervising the integration of AI/LLM capabilities into existing and new applications. The supervisor will also mentor team members, support continuous improvement of processes, and collaborate closely with support, operations, and customer-facing teams to ensure reliable and scalable applications.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

- Minimum 6 years of software development experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.

- Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, REST APIs, and .NET.

- Experience with PostgreSQL and/or SQL Server.

- Knowledge of React or Angular.

- Experience with Docker, CI/CD, AWS, or Azure is a plus.

- Hands-on experience with AI/LLM integration and modern software architecture.

- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Fluent in English.
