📍 Seniority: Mid-Level

🏠 Type of position: Hybrid

🌟 The amazing you, will have:

Proven experience in Application Support or a similar role;

Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems;

Experience with monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident management;

Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP;

Basic understanding of networking, APIs, and middleware;

Good scripting skills (Bash, PowerShell, or Python);

Experience working with ITSM tools;

Knowledge of Agile and DevOps environments;

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

Good communication skills in English.

⭐ To turn yourself from amazing to unique, you'll have (plus):

Experience with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Zabbix, Grafana, or similar;

Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes);

Experience supporting critical production environments;

Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automation practices;

Certifications in Cloud, Linux, or IT Service Management.
