Profound Platform Specialist / SaaS/Application Support

Responsibilities - 5+ years of professional experience in SaaS / Application Support or a similar enterprise technology environment - Provide technical and operational support for enterprise SaaS platforms - Hands-on experience with Profound Platform - Experience with Salesforce CRM integrations - Troubleshoot integrations, data synchronisation and system interfaces - Experience with APIs and API troubleshooting - Perform data analysis and validation, identifying inconsistencies and anomalies - Create and maintain reports, dashboards and analytics - Manage user access and operational support - Investigate and resolve application and integration issues - Work closely with technical teams, business users and vendors to troubleshoot and resolve incidents - Proven experience supporting enterprise-level platforms and business-critical applications What do I need before I apply - The opportunity is remote but the candidate must already be living in PT.
