As a Senior Application Support Analyst – Data Management Software, you will be working for our client, a leading financial services organization. In this role, you will provide critical Level 2 support, a cutting-edge application designed to facilitate secure access to legal, regulatory, and external data for banking professionals. Your expertise will ensure production stability, optimal incident resolution, and continuous service improvement, helping clients unlock the power of data in a secure environment.

Your main responsibilities:

• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents related to Batica, ensuring prompt resolution aligned with business priorities.
• Conduct functional and technical investigations to identify root causes of recurring issues.
• Collaborate with development teams and business stakeholders to coordinate changes and enhancements.
• Monitor and report on incident trends, contributing to problem management initiatives.
• Support production stability by proactively managing system health and performance.
• Assist with migration activities and contribute to data access improvements.
• Document incidents, resolutions, and recommendations effectively for future reference.
• Communicate clearly with technical, functional, and business teams to facilitate seamless operations.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• Minimum of 4 years experience in application support or related roles within data management.
• Strong technical skills in databases (MongoDB), logs (ASM), Jira/Confluence, and ServiceNow.
• Proven experience in incident management, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and configuration management.
• Ability to produce reports and communicate with diverse stakeholders.
• Fluent in English (communicative level).
• Working knowledge of French (B2 level).

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Experience with API platforms and data visualization tools.
• Knowledge of banking or financial sector data environments.
• Certifications in IT service management or relevant technologies.
