Application Support - Telecom BSS / Revenue Management

WA Fénix Portugal is looking for an experienced Application Support Specialist to join an international project within the Energy sector.
This role is focused on supporting critical Telecom BSS environments, ensuring the stability, performance, and proper functioning of revenue-related systems and integrations. The successful candidate will work closely with technical and business stakeholders to investigate issues, support business-critical processes, and contribute to operational excellence.
The position is fully remote from Portugal. Candidates must be currently based in Portugal and have valid documentation to work in the country.

What We're Looking For
We are looking for professionals with strong application support experience in complex production environments, ideally within telecom BSS ecosystems. The ideal candidate will be comfortable investigating critical incidents, analysing business and technical impacts, supporting integrations, and collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
