This is an exciting opportunity to take the next step in your Application Support career within a growing software house, giving you exposure to international clients across 17+ countries. You’ll work with innovative compliance solutions used across financial services, banking, gaming, crypto, logistics and government, allowing you to broaden your technical experience across a diverse range of business-critical environments.

You’ll join a collaborative technical team where your contribution genuinely matters, giving you the opportunity to support business-critical applications, strengthen your troubleshooting skills and gain hands-on exposure to MySQL, IIS and modern software environments. Working closely with Infrastructure and Development teams will also enable you to expand your technical knowledge beyond traditional support and continue progressing your career.

You will:

• Deliver 1st Line and Desktop Support across a modern IT environment.
• Troubleshoot applications, user issues, and basic MySQL/IIS incidents.
• Collaborate alongside Infrastructure and Development teams on award-winning products.
• Grow your technical skills while supporting users in an international business.

Skills / Experience:

• 1+ years of experience in Help Desk or Application Support.
• Working knowledge of MySQL
• Experience with IIS is a plus.
• Maltese language skills are an advantage.
