Crypto Affiliate Manager

I’m currently recruiting for an Affiliate Account Manager to join an established iGaming company in Malta.

The role will have a particular focus on growing affiliate partnerships across crypto and/or Canadian markets, so experience within either of these areas will be highly relevant.

📍 Malta – Hybrid

💰 Up to €57,000 + 20% annual bonus

🏡 Up to 6 months remote working per year

The role:

• Develop and grow relationships with new and existing affiliate partners
• Identify new acquisition opportunities across crypto and Canadian markets
• Negotiate CPA, Revenue Share and Hybrid commercial agreements
• Monitor affiliate performance, traffic quality and ROI
• Analyse FTD, NGR, conversion and other key performance metrics
• Identify opportunities to improve partner performance and increase acquisition volumes
• Attend industry events and conferences to develop new partnerships
• Work closely with internal Marketing, Compliance, Product and Finance teams

Requirements:

• Previous affiliate management experience within the iGaming industry
• Strong experience within the crypto iGaming market and/or extensive knowledge of the Canadian market
• Existing network of relevant affiliates and industry contacts
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills
• Good understanding of CPA, Revenue Share and Hybrid affiliate models
• Experience analysing affiliate performance and acquisition KPIs
• Comfortable developing new partnerships as well as managing existing accounts
• Strong understanding of traffic quality and different affiliate acquisition sources
