As an Applications & User Testing Specialist, you will: Coordinate and execute application testing activities, including test planning, test execution, defect tracking, and reporting. Identify, document, and prioritise software defects, ensuring timely escalation and follow-up with technical teams. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) campaigns and validate delivered fixes and enhancements. Monitor recurring application incidents, analyse root causes, and maintain issue documentation and knowledge repositories. Track and follow up on change requests, ensuring alignment with approved business requirements and procedures. Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to clarify requirements and resolve functional issues. Prepare test evidence, status reports, and documentation to support project and operational activities. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to application quality, support processes, and user experience. What would make you a fit for the role: Bachelor’s/Master's Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, Application Support Analyst, or a similar role. Hands-on experience with software testing, defect management, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Strong understanding of incident management, change request processes, and application support activities. Familiarity with service management and issue-tracking tools. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with the ability to translate business needs into clear functional requirements. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working effectively between business users and technical teams.
