About the Role
Join a team building AI infrastructure and customized financial software for institutional investors. You will turn investment workflows into production-ready applications, combining applied AI, full-stack engineering, and close collaboration with users.
What You'll Do
Build user-facing AI features such as research tools, natural language query interfaces, summaries, and agentic workflows.
Develop agent orchestration, MCP-connected data sources, and intelligent pipelines that provide access to live financial data.
Build end-to-end applications for portfolio analytics, risk management, and investment research, from backend APIs to responsive interfaces.
Create Python services and reliable data pipelines for market data, positions, securities, risk metrics, and research signals.
Implement performance and risk analytics using time-series and quantitative data operations.
Contribute to cloud-based deployments, ship quickly, and iterate with investment teams based on their feedback.
What We're Looking For
Three to eight years of experience as an applied AI engineer, including building agentic AI products for users from initial concept to launch.
Strong Python and API development skills, with experience using FastAPI, Flask, or Django, plus React and SQL.
Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, MCP servers, agent frameworks, and prompt engineering, along with a sound understanding of how agentic systems work.
Familiarity with Azure and modern AI frameworks, and the ability to solve loosely defined problems in fast-moving environments.
Interest in finance and experience in institutional investing, fintech, or another data-intensive quantitative field.
Compensation & Benefits
Annual salary range: $200,000 to $250,000 USD. Visa sponsorship is available.
