💰 Base: $800 USD / month ($9,600 USD / year)

• Commission: $25 USD per appointment held & accepted by the Executive Director/Sales Manager — no credit for booking
• OTE: ~$1,970 USD / month (~$23,640 USD / year) — no commission caps
• 1+ year of outbound B2B calling, appointment setting, or telemarketing experience required. Experience calling into C-suite contacts is a strong plus.

🌟 About the Role

caa is hiring an Appointment Setter to be the first point of contact between caa and the CEOs and C-level leaders who shape their markets. You'll get past the gatekeeper, open the conversation, and put qualified appointments on the calendar for our Executive Directors. You're the front line — the reason caa's sales team gets in the room.

This role is core to how caa obsesses over quality and credibility: every appointment you set is caa's first impression on a CEO's desk.

🔎 What You'll Do

• Work across multiple caa markets and campaigns at any given time
• Reach out to CEOs, founders, and C-level leaders through outbound cold and warm calls and emails, qualifying each one as a genuine appointment opportunity
• Get past gatekeepers and executive assistants to secure direct access to senior decision-makers
• Build lasting relationships — this is a relationship business, and today's "not now" is often tomorrow's meeting
• Schedule qualified appointments for caa's Executive Directors and flag new business opportunities as they come up
• Manage a healthy, accurate pipeline in caa's CRM
• Confirm and follow up on scheduled appointments to keep the calendar on track
• Report appointment results to the Sales Manager weekly
