Role Description This is a remote, commission based Appointment Setter role based in Delhi, India. Negotiate your preferred commission with us. Every appointment that you set which turns into a sale will be rewarded in 15 days. The Appointment Setter will be responsible for contacting potential and existing clients, introducing Individual Stake’s services, and setting qualified appointments for the sales or consulting team. Daily tasks include managing appointment schedules, following up on leads through calls, messages, or emails, and updating records in CRM or other tracking tools. The role also involves understanding client needs, answering basic inquiries about services, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth handover of prospects. Consistent, professional communication and a focus on timely appointment setting are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Setting Appointments and Appointment Scheduling, with the ability to manage calendars and prioritize meetings effectively.
• Experience in Lead Generation, including identifying prospects, qualifying leads, and maintaining accurate lead records.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, with a professional phone manner and the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Comfort using CRM systems or spreadsheets to track calls, appointments, and lead status; basic computer literacy is required.
• Ability to dedicate 4-8 hours on weekdays. If not then produce outcome that makes us forget how much you work.
• Prior experience in telesales, inside sales, or a similar appointment setting role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Minimum high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
