Work Location: 100% Remote
Compensation: INR 25,000 to 30,000 + Bonus
Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years mandatory as an Appointment setter/Sales role.

We help internationally qualified nurses in their unique journeys to secure nursing
registrations in their desired destinations such as Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and
United States of America. We also prepare nurses for various competitive exams such as NCLEX (RN) and OSCE exams, which are implemented by various countries.
The Role:
We are looking for a results-driven Appointment Setter to join our remote sales team. You
will be the tip of the spear, engaging with warm leads generated from our ads and website,
qualifying them, and booking consultations for our sales and counselling team.
What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
- Outreach & Engagement: Promptly contact inbound leads (via Google/Meta Ads,
- website) through phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Qualify: Ask the right questions to understand the prospect's needs and determine if they meet our criteria for education/migration services.
- Book & Follow Up: Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team and relentlessly follow up with no-shows to reschedule.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain flawless, up-to-date records of all interactions, lead statuses, and appointments in our CRM (HubSpot).
- Hit Targets: Consistently achieve daily and monthly appointment-setting and lead-conversion KPIs.
Who You Are (Requirements)
- Experience: 1–2 years in Appointment Setting, Inside Sales, or Lead Generation (experience in Education, Migration, or Student Services is highly preferred).
- Communication: Flawless verbal and written English. You are confident on the phone, sound professional, and can handle early objections with ease.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating CRMs (HubSpot preferred), Google Workspace, and WhatsApp Business.
- Drive: You are target-oriented, comfortable with rejection, and thrive in an independent, remote work environment.
