About the Role We're expanding our Appointment Setter team and looking for a handful of people who know how to start real conversations and read whether someone is genuinely interested in taking the next step. You'll be reaching out to professionals and business owners who are already thinking about their financial future, having honest conversations about where they're at, and connecting the right people with our advisory team. This is a performance-driven role built on ownership and results - not scripts and not micromanagement. If you're someone who's naturally curious about people, good at building trust quickly, and self-motivated without needing someone checking in on you daily, this could be a strong fit. What You'll Do Identify and engage potential prospects through social platforms, professional communities, referrals, and personal networks Initiate respectful, thoughtful conversations with professionals and business owners Ask good questions to understand each person's goals, challenges, and current financial situation Communicate our services in a simple, relevant, and personalized way - no jargon, no pressure Assess genuine alignment and readiness before recommending a next step Coordinate and schedule appointments with our advisory team Prepare prospects with clear next steps ahead of their session Maintain organized notes and follow up consistently Build and manage a steady, qualified pipeline week over week Stay aligned with weekly activity and performance goals What We're Looking For Experience in client-facing conversations - sales, consulting, hospitality, customer success, or any service-based role where you've had to build trust quickly Someone who takes full ownership of their results without needing hand-holding Coachable and genuinely open to personal and professional growth Self-directed, consistent, and organized Someone who values real conversations and long-term relationships over quick transactions Comfortable with a remote, flexible, activity-driven work structure No specific license or certification required to start - this is a conversation and coordination role, not a licensed advisory role.
