Our client is a startup company that has developed a product designed to save language teachers approximately 20 hours per week in administrative tasks. The system automates various processes including lead tagging, student onboarding, payments, and retention.

Job Description:

Our client is seeking an Appointment Setter to join their team. This role will involve supporting the sales process by setting appointments with potential clients. While an AI appointment setter is in place, the human touch is valued for its effectiveness in connecting with prospects.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable with phone communication and potentially email and SMS outreach. This is a long-term partnership opportunity within a growing startup environment.

Responsibilities of the role:

• Set appointments with potential clients.

• Conduct outreach via phone, email, and SMS.

• Provide bonuses for booked appointments.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Senior Appointment Setter experience.

• Fluent English (C1 level minimum), bilingual is a plus.

• Experience with Go High Level CRM.

• Experience in SaaS is a plus.

• Comfortable with phone communication.

Preferred Skills:

• Ability to manage leads coming in.

Personality:

• Long-term partnership oriented.

• Proactive and willing to put in the work.

• Soft-spoken and empathetic.

Schedule:

Part-time, approximately 20-30 hours per week.

Flexible hours, with a preference for starting around 11:00 AM Eastern Time.
