Role Description The Commission Appointment Setter is a full-time hybrid role based in Playa del Carmen, ROO, with some work-from-home flexibility. This role focuses on identifying potential clients, initiating contact, and setting qualified appointments for consultations and service discussions. Day-to-day tasks include managing inbound and outbound calls and messages, following up on leads, maintaining accurate appointment schedules, and updating client information in tracking systems. The Appointment Setter will communicate the company’s services clearly and professionally, respond to basic inquiries, and ensure a smooth handoff to the service provider. The role also involves collaborating on lead-generation strategies, maintaining high standards of customer service, and meeting performance targets tied to commission-based compensation.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in Setting Appointments and Appointment Scheduling, with the ability to manage calendars and prioritize client meetings effectively.
• Experience in Lead Generation, including identifying prospects, qualifying leads, and nurturing initial interest in services.
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional, calm, and respectful tone in all client interactions.
• Customer Service skills that support building trust, handling inquiries, and maintaining positive client relationships.
• Comfort working in a commission-based structure and meeting clear performance goals.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Playa del Carmen, ROO, with reliable internet access for remote tasks.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate record-keeping and timely follow-ups.
• Prior experience in appointment setting, sales support, or client relations is preferred.
• Basic proficiency with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and messaging platforms.
• Professional fluency in English; additional language skills (such as Spanish) are a plus.
