Great businesses deserve to be recognised for being great. Customer Radar is a customer feedback and reputation management platform that helps companies showcase to the world just how good they really are.
We work with multi-location businesses across New Zealand, Australia and North America. Our automation captures what customers genuinely think, turns that goodwill into visible online reviews and ratings, and keeps it happening consistently at every single site. The result is a reputation that stands out in search, earns trust before the first conversation even starts, and becomes a genuine competitive advantage.
We also help our clients see their business the way their customers see it. Trends surface early, so a problem at one site gets spotted while it is still a quiet piece of private feedback, and gets fixed before it ever becomes a public review. Our clients see exactly what they are doing brilliantly, and exactly where they can improve, site by site.
Their leadership teams get a clear read on customer sentiment across the whole group, and every site gets something to be proud of.
In short: we help great companies see what their customers see, get better where it counts, and prove to the world just how good they are.
Our clients include veterinary groups, dental groups, franchise networks, automotive workshops and financial services organisations. This role focuses primarily on the veterinary sector, where we have a history of success.
You'll be picking up the phone and booking online demonstrations of Customer Radar with senior decision-makers at veterinary practices and groups.
This is a genuinely good story to tell. You're calling businesses to show them how to see their business through their customers' eyes, how to catch and fix issues early, and how to get the public recognition they have already earned.
We do the targeting. You get a researched list with names, titles and direct numbers. Your job is to make the calls, have a good conversation, and get a confirmed time in the calendar.
This is not a script-reading numbers game. Our buyers are practice owners, operations managers or senior leaders. The people who do well here are the ones who sound genuine, ask good questions, and know when to ask for the appointment.
What you'll be doingA steady flow of qualified demos that actually happen, with the right person on the call.
