Sales Partner (Commission Only, Remote)

Vela is a design studio in Auckland. We build websites, brand identity and AI automation for businesses whose first impression has to do the selling.

We are looking for Sales Partners. Commission only, uncapped, fully remote, your own hours.

THE DEAL

$100 for every new client you bring on board who signs and pays, on any project of $300 or more. There is no cap. What you earn is decided by how many you bring in, not by us. On bonus days you earn a further 5% of the project on top of that.

WHY THIS ONE IS EASIER THAN IT SOUNDS

Every business on your list has no website at all. You are not pitching people who already have one and do not need you. You are ringing businesses with great reviews to tell them there is nowhere for their customers to find them. And before anyone pays us a cent, we build them a free mockup of their own site. That is a much easier call to make.

WHAT YOU DO

You get your own list and your own niche, so nobody else is working your leads. You ring them, find the ones who are interested, get their email and hand them over. We do the pitch, the price, the build and the delivery. You never quote and you never explain anything technical.

WHAT YOU GET

Your own list of around 500 businesses, with numbers and addresses.

The script, the objection handling and a full onboarding guide.

A phone app with every number in it, one tap to call.

Paid about seven days after the client pays, by bank transfer, Wise or PayPal.

A one to one call every Friday, so you are never left guessing.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

Comfortable on the phone. Can take a no without it ruining your day. Organised enough to work a list every day. No tech experience needed, we teach you the rest.

Fully remote, your own hours, with a minimum of 8 hours a week to hold your list. Most calls land between 10am and 4pm on weekdays.
