About the Role

We are looking for a confident and organized SDR / Appointment Setter to support a growing plumbing company.

Your main goal is to respond to leads, follow up with prospects, qualify potential customers, and book appointments. You will communicate with customers through phone, email, SMS, and social media.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable speaking with customers, follows up consistently, and can keep the CRM organized and updated.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound leads.
• Call, text, and email potential customers.
• Qualify leads based on the company's requirements.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Send appointment reminders.
• Follow up with leads who have not responded.
• Follow up on missed calls and no-shows.
• Reschedule appointments when needed.
• Assist with email and SMS marketing.
• Conduct social media outreach.
• Keep customer information and lead statuses updated in the CRM.
• Perform other related administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in appointment setting, inside sales, lead follow-up, or customer service.
• Comfortable making and receiving customer calls.
• Strong spoken and written English.
• Good follow-up and communication skills.
• Organized and able to manage multiple leads.
• Comfortable using CRM systems.
• Able to work independently and stay on top of follow-ups.

• Plumbing or Home Services experience
• Housecall Pro experience
• Appointment setting for service-based businesses
• Inbound and outbound lead management

Someone who is confident on the phone, responsive, organized, and consistent with follow-ups. You should be comfortable taking ownership of leads and making sure opportunities do not get missed.
