Appointment Setter / Call Setter | Full-Time, Remote

I’m recruiting six Call Setters for a UK-based property education and mentoring business that helps people develop their knowledge of property investment.

We’re looking for people who genuinely enjoy speaking with others, can build rapport over the phone, and want appointment setting to be their main role. Relevant phone experience and a willingness to learn matter more than impressive call-volume figures. Two weeks of paid training will be provided.

Role details

• Location: Remote
• Schedule: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM UK time, including a one-hour unpaid break
• Starting rate: £4 per hour during the three-month probationary period
• After probation: £5 per hour following successful completion
• Training: Two weeks of paid training at the starting rate before making calls
• Arrangement: Full-time freelance role, with monthly payment for hours worked

What you’ll do

• Make outbound calls to leads and prospects about property education and mentoring opportunities.
• Build rapport, understand each prospect’s interests, and qualify their suitability.
• Book discovery calls, webinar places, and other relevant appointments.
• Handle questions and common objections professionally.
• Follow up with prospects consistently and help confirm appointment attendance.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, including call outcomes, lead status, notes, and next steps.
• Work toward agreed booking and follow-up targets, applying feedback to improve your approach.

What we’re looking for

• Experience in appointment setting, outbound calling, sales, or phone-based customer service.
• Strong spoken English, active listening skills, and confidence speaking with UK-based prospects.
• Genuine interest in a phone-focused role and the ability to handle rejection professionally.
• A coachable approach, with a willingness to learn and apply feedback.
• Organized follow-up habits and accurate recordkeeping.
• Comfort using online tools and learning new CRM and calling systems.
• A reliable computer, stable internet connection, quiet workspace, and practical backup arrangements.
• Availability to commit to the full-time UK schedule.
• Property industry experience is not essential. Candidates with transferable phone-based experience are welcome to apply.
