Cold Caller / Appointment Setter — 80 hrs/month — Remote
lead.nest runs outbound for our clients — end to end.
It starts with the list. We use the best tooling on the market (Clay, Claude Code, and a stack we've built around them) to identify the exact companies worth calling and the exact decision-makers inside them. Not a job title filter and a hopeful export — surgical targeting, verified direct lines, built for each client's ICP.
And then we pick up the phone. Because after testing everything else, we're convinced of one thing: for B2B, nothing books meetings like a real conversation with the right person.
That's the whole model: precision on the data side, execution on the phone. Our clients span several industries, in Belgium and internationally.
We're looking for one more caller to join the team.
The role
Cold calling. That's the job — all of it.
About 4 hours on the phone a day, ideally 2 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon. Your goal is to book meetings with decision-makers.
We won't pretend it's easy. Most calls go nowhere, and the ones that land are the ones you earned on call 40 after being told no 39 times. If that doesn't sound like your kind of day, this isn't your role.
But here's what makes it worth it: everything that usually slows a caller down is already handled. Contact lists with direct numbers — provided. Tools — provided. No sourcing, no email sequences, no endless reporting. You dial, you qualify, you book. That's the whole scope, and it means every hour you work is an hour that actually moves your numbers.
What we're looking for
- Proven cold calling experience (not just "sales experience")
- Fluent French and English — both are used daily
- Consistency: this role rewards the person who picks up the phone every day
- Someone looking for a long-term fit
