Cold Caller and Appointment Setter (Construction Industry) Company: Virtual Construction Assistants (VCA) Location: Remote (Philippine-based candidates) Employment Type: Full-time, Independent Contractor About the Role VCA is looking for a sharp, persistent Cold Caller to join our team, the person who makes first contact, sparks interest, and sets the stage for our sales team to close. You'll be the first voice a prospect hears from us, so confidence, clarity, and resilience matter more than a script. What You'll Do Make outbound calls to prospective clients in the construction space Qualify leads and identify decision-makers Deliver a compelling opening pitch and handle early objections Book qualified leads for the sales team Log call outcomes and lead status accurately in the CRM (HubSpot) Hit daily/weekly call and appointment-setting targets What We're Looking For Prior experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting (US market experience is a plus) Excellent spoken English Comfortable with rejection and quick to move to the next call Strong listening skills and ability to think on your feet Basic CRM/data entry familiarity Reliable internet connection and quiet home work setup Available to work US business hours Nice to Have Familiarity with construction, real estate, or property management terminology Previous B2B sales support experience
