Appointment Setter / Route Manager — $2,500–$6,525+ Weekly — Paid Weekly (Door-to-Door) ABOUT THE ROLE Feazel is one of the most established and respected roofing companies in the region, and we're building an elite setter team. We're looking for hungry, competitive, performance-driven people who want to be paid for results — not hours. As a Setter your job is simple: knock doors in storm-affected neighborhoods, talk to homeowners, and manage a route/ set appointments for roof inspections. When the inspection happens, you get paid. When the homeowner files a claim, you get paid again and all you had to do was knock the door. No experience required. We will train you from day one. Consistently produce at a high level (25+ inspections per week with strong quality), show leadership, and help train others, and you can move into a Team Lead role in roughly 45 days.
