Appointment Setter - Sales (English + Mandarin or Thai) | Remote

Role Description;

We're a fast-growing outsourcing company supporting a high-volume healthcare client in the U.S. We're looking for a sales-driven, bilingual specialist who can manage both outbound lead nurture and inbound sales calls, someone who moves fast, follows up relentlessly, and knows how to convert.

Schedule: 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM Col Time

Responsibilities:

• Execute outbound lead follow-up calls and texts to prospects generated through digital marketing campaigns
• Manage nurture sequences to re-engage and warm up leads that haven't converted yet
• Handle inbound sales calls and drive lead-to-consultation conversion
• Optimize speed-to-lead response time - no lead goes untouched
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM at all times
• Collaborate with the in-house team to ensure smooth handoff of high-intent leads
• Apply consultative selling techniques and handle objections confidently and professionally.

Requirements:

• Experience in sales support, healthcare marketing, or customer success with both outbound and inbound sales experience
• C1 English written and verbal - required
• Proficiency in Mandarin or Thai strongly preferred
• Communication skills
• CRM proficiency - GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or equivalent
• Strong phone presence - confident, persuasive, and empathetic
• Comfortable managing text and email outreach sequences
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership
• Cold calling experience is a plus
