Appointment Setter - Salesperson

We’re ARPL Green Energy & Infra Limited, hiring partner of Astroverse Media, and one of the fastest-growing solar installation companies in Assam.

We’re currently looking for a Sales Executive who can confidently communicate with warm leads (potential solar clients), help them understand our services, book appointments, and occasionally attend on-site meetings with clients when required.

🧠 About the Role

This is a hybrid full-time role (Remote + Onsite), where you’ll primarily work from home handling inbound and follow-up calls with interested leads, while also visiting client locations in Guwahati whenever necessary for appointments or site visits.

You won’t be doing cold calling. We already have a strong filtering process in place, so you’ll only be speaking with people who have shown genuine interest in installing solar solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

✔️ Following up with warm leads

✔️ Understanding the client’s requirements for solar installation

✔️ Booking confirmed appointments and guiding clients through the process

✔️ Maintaining notes and updates in our CRM system

✔️ Visiting client sites for sales appointments when required

💰 Compensation

* Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 per month with a strong base pay

* Additional performance incentives based on successful sales closed

* Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Assamese (Hindi & Assamese are essential)

* Confident, polite, and professional on calls

* Organized and consistent with follow-ups

* Prior experience in sales, telecalling, or customer service is a plus

* Candidates with technical knowledge or experience will be given additional preference

* Flexible remote working hours with mandatory availability during key calling hours (morning and evening)

* All leads, training, scripts, and support will be provided by ARPL
