Appointment Setter (WARM WEBINAR FUNNEL)

$1,000/month base + $5 per attendee · $3,500+/month realistic

WHAT THIS IS

We're a US marketing company. Twice a month we run a live training for

chiropractic practice owners across the United States. Around 1,000 of them

register for each one.

Your entire job is making sure they turn up.

You are not selling. You are not pitching. You are not explaining the

product. You call people who have already put their hand up, make sure

they have the link, make sure it's in their calendar, and find out what

they're hoping to get from the session. That's it.

Get more of them into the room, get paid more. That's the whole deal.

WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO

· Call every registrant within a few hours of them signing up

· Confirm they have the join link and the calendar invite

· Ask what they want covered — and log every answer

· Handle inbound SMS on webinar day (a lot of people can't find the link)

· Call the people who registered and didn't show, the following Monday

· Keep the CRM clean so we know exactly what happened to every lead

WHAT IT PAYS

$1,000 USD base, paid monthly.

$5 USD for every person who attends the live training.

400 attendees = $3,000. 600 attendees = $4,000+.

We pay in USD via Wise or Deel. This is a contractor role.

HOURS

Our audience is in the United States. You'll work roughly 3pm–11pm South

African time, Monday to Friday, so you're calling them during their

business day. Webinar days are the big ones.

This is a real constraint. If evening hours don't work for your life,

this isn't the role — please don't apply.

WHO THIS IS FOR

· Excellent spoken English. Clear, warm, easy for an American to follow.

· You've done phone work before — sales, support, collections, recruitment,

anything where you had to talk to strangers all day and stay pleasant.

· Comfortable making 80–100 calls a day without needing a pep talk.

· Organised enough to keep a CRM accurate without being chased.

· Reliable internet and a quiet space. We'll provide the software.

WHO IT'S NOT FOR

· Anyone who wants to "get into closing" in month two. This is a setting

role and it stays a setting role. It pays well because it's done well.

· Anyone who needs to be managed daily.

· Anyone who is doing three other remote jobs at the same time.
