Appointment Setter (Work From Home)

Our representatives build long-term relationships with clients and provide personalized service through virtual, work-from-home appointments. Responsibilities Distribute benefit enrollment materials and assist with determining eligibility. Schedule and conduct appointments with clients. Handle incoming client and customer service inquiries. Respond promptly to client calls and follow-up requests. Assist clients with coverage requests while keeping their individual needs and interests in mind. Use our Needs Analysis system to identify client needs and explain available coverage options. Maintain accurate client information and enrollment documentation. Participate in ongoing training with management to stay informed about products, services, policies, and procedures.
