This is not a cold-calling job.

This is not a mass cold-email job.

We're looking for people who know how to start genuine conversations on social media using their personal profiles, build rapport, identify opportunities, and book qualified appointments for our High Ticket Sales Closers.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Your primary responsibility is simple:

Find qualified prospects through organic social media outreach (using your personal profiles) and book sales calls for our High Ticket Sales Closers.

You'll be responsible for:

• Researching and identifying ideal prospects
• Building high-quality prospect lists
• Conducting organic outreach across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Reddit, X, TikTok, and other relevant communities
• Starting meaningful conversations with potential clients
• Qualifying prospects against our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
• Booking qualified sales calls
• Maintaining accurate CRM records and outreach activity
• Collaborating closely with the sales team to improve outreach performance

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You should already know how to:

• Start conversations with strangers naturally
• Build trust without sounding salesy
• Handle objections professionally
• Write persuasive messages
• Qualify prospects effectively
• Stay consistent with daily outreach

You don't need thousands of followers.

You don't need to be an influencer.

You simply need to know how to create conversations that lead to booked meetings.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience with organic outreach, appointment setting, lead generation, sales, or customer acquisition
• Strong written English
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly self-motivated and disciplined
• Comfortable working remotely
• Ability to consistently meet activity and booking targets

Experience selling high-ticket services is paramount!.

COMPENSATION

• 8% commission on every client that originates from your qualified appointments and successfully converts into a paying client
• Performance-based growth opportunities as the sales team expands
