Global Financial Crimes Compliance (GFCC) is an organization within Global Risk & Compliance (GRC) and is responsible for leading the enterprise-wide Anti-Money Laundering, Sanctions, and Anti-Corruption compliance functions. This team has global responsibility for identifying, investigating, and reporting suspicious activity, including money laundering and terrorist financing, and provides broad analytical and operational support for the company’s enterprise-wide GFCC control framework. The newly established second line GFCC Enablement organization is responsible for leading and aligning the execution of GFCC’s strategic and transformational initiatives across technology, data, and tools. The Analyst, Compliance will report to the Manager – Compliance and contribute to technology transformation efforts within their assigned vertical, helping ensure work is coordinated, consistent, and transparent across GFCC functions. In this role, the Analyst will also collaborate with GFCC and partner teams to support aligned engagement across GRC Product, GRC Data Science, AET Engineering, and other key technology and enablement stakeholders. Contribute to requirements writing and documentation efforts for assigned vertical(s) across GFCC, Product, and Technology, helping ensure operational business needs are clearly captured and well-articulated in Business Requirements Documents (BRDs). Assist with testing activities to validate that business requirements are accurately implemented and functioning as intended, while identifying and documenting defects or issues. Participate in data analysis efforts by identifying trends and translating insights into recommended actions to help mitigate risk. Help maintain standards, procedures, traceability artifacts, and approval workflows to support completeness, consistency, and alignment with regulatory, control, and enterprise policy expectations. Collaborate with GFCC leadership, GRC Product, GRC Data Science, AET Engineering, and other key stakeholders to support coordinated, transparent, and well-governed execution across GFCC technology, tools, and data initiatives. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to understand and communicate clear insights from data and information, across varied sources. Ability to work independently and successfully balance multiple priorities. Exceptional organizational skills and an extremely positive “can-do” attitude. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to communicate confidently and effectively with key stakeholders. Strong written and verbal English skillset required. Flexibility to accommodate schedules with business partners in various time zones when needed. Experience within Financial Crimes, Risk, Audit or Compliance would be beneficial.
