We manage the customer relationship with the bank by managing everything from updating addresses to processing applications. Managing and processing New Banking products applications Servicing Clients through Inbound/Outbound calls , Shift timings -24×7 Rotational. Ensure established compliance measures are met when completing set-up and maintenance of accounts. Check against incoming Banking Products Applications ensuring that AXP meets its regulatory, fraud, risk, AML, and due diligence requirements. Multitask and efficiently navigate through multiple screens and systems to effectively provide extraordinary customer care Work in a fast-paced, structured service center environment. Document necessary account information and offer solutions that benefit the customer and our business. Maintain acceptable performance standards. Error free, Effective and efficient processing of applications.
