Job Title: Research and Psychometric Services Assistant

Position: Apprentice

Location: Bengaluru, India (Hybrid)

Job Purpose

To support test development and research activities related to the adaptation, validation, and standardisation of Pearson's assessments.

Responsibilities

• Support data scoring and quality-checking initiatives.
• Liaise with editors, vendors, and printers to support assessment development activities.
• Collaborate with other functions within the Clinical Assessment Division, as required.
• Assist with research and development (R&D) projects and activities.
• Provide administrative and project support for test development initiatives.
• Undertake any other duties related to research, psychometrics, and assessment development as assigned.

Skills Required

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to read, write, and speak at least one of the following languages: Kannada / Hindi / Tamil / Marathi / Bengali
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities across projects.
• Ability to work effectively to agreed timelines and project goals.

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• No prior work experience is required.

Eligibility Criteria

• Must not have previously contributed to or drawn benefits under the Employees' Provident Fund (EPF) scheme.
• Age: 18 to 35 years.
• Experience: 0 to 2 years.
