Within the Group, you will join the Information Systems Department (ISD) at AXA's headquarters.

In this department, you will be part of the OT Infrastructure team, working closely with the security and network teams. You will benefit from technical mentoring and contribute to the operation, security, and evolution of critical multi-technology environments.

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As an OT Infrastructure Apprentice, you will participate in the operation and development of a multi-technology critical landscape, with a strong focus on security, availability, and compliance. You will work notably on Wazuh, Proxmox VE, VMware, Windows Server, PKI, RADIUS, and Veeam Backup & Replication. You will also contribute to governance, documentation, and continuous improvement within an OT context.

What you'll do

• Monitor and manage security tools (Wazuh)
• Manage virtual servers (Proxmox VE, VMware): backups, restores, snapshots
• Administer Windows servers (AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO) and automate tasks with scripts
• Manage certificates and PKI (Authorities, renewals, revocations)
• Configure and maintain RADIUS for network access (802.1X)
• Plan and perform backups with Veeam and check their integrity
• Write and update documentation and procedures
• Track changes and help handle incidents
• Contribute to improving security and operational practices in OT

Projects and training:

• Get involved in automation and monitoring projects
• Attend training sessions and share your knowledge

YOUR PROFILE

- Who you are

• Student in Bac+3 to Bac+5 in IT, networks, cybersecurity, or a similar field.

Professional skills:

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail, rigor, and focus on OT security.
• Good analytical skills and ability to clearly document procedures.
• Proactive, curious about technology, and adaptable to a multi-system environment
• Initiative, curiosity, and ability to work within governance and change management.

Technical skills:

• Practical knowledge of Wazuh or a similar SIEM/monitoring tool and alert management.
• Experience with Proxmox VE and VMware: virtual machines, clusters, backups, and restores.
• Knowledge of Windows Server: AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO, and PowerShell scripting.
• Basic understanding of PKI: certificates, certification authorities, renewals, and OT certificate management.
• Knowledge of RADIUS and AAA mechanisms, especially 802.1X.
• Understanding of Veeam Backup & Replication: backups, restores, and checks.
• Basic networking and cybersecurity knowledge, with awareness of OT environments.
• Ability to read and write simple scripts in PowerShell or Bash.
• Technical English for documentation and alert analysis.
