Apptio L3 Support Engineer

Contract: 12 months (subject to extension).

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Salary: Not a constraint for the right candidate!

Experience: 6-8 years.

Hybrid: 2 days Work from Home 3 days Work from Office

Your Profile & DNA:

We are looking for an Apptio L3 Support Engineer to join our team and play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our TBM platform.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Resolve complex Apptio issues escalated from L1/L2 support teams.
• Support core TBM modules, including Budgeting & Forecasting and Costing.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data load failures, ETL issues, mapping errors, and API-based data ingestion.
• Maintain and enhance dashboards, reports, KPI views, and financial analytics.
• Monitor system health, scheduled jobs, and model performance, working with Apptio Support on platform-related issues.
• Collaborate with the TBM Office, IT Finance, Cloud & Infrastructure, ERP, and Data teams to ensure accurate cost transparency.
• Maintain documentation, SOPs, KEDBs, and ensure strong data governance and financial model controls.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to drive issue resolution and continuous improvements.

Qualification & Experience

• A Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.
• Strong hands-on experience with Apptio TBM.
• Knowledge of ETL processes, APIs, and data integration.
• Experience with financial reporting, dashboards, and cost models.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with IT Finance, Cloud, Infrastructure, and ERP ecosystems is an advantage.
