Join our Finance Team and advance your career as ARC Analyst - Polish Speaking

Deliver Finance Group Reporting support to the business(es) and countries assigned to the role.
Support of timely monthly, quarterly and annual financial close processes in accordance with the Group Reporting Manual and any other relevant standards and provide support for other Group reporting requirements such as Balance Sheet Integrity, Intercompany reconciliations and Group Charges.
The ARC Analyst will work on businesses and processes with a relatively high degree of complexity. Will be required to work closely with the Business / Country teams supported to ensure effective delivery.

In this role You will:

  • Help drives accurate financial reporting and process excellence in a dynamic global environment in Polish

  • Run month-end close activities and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting

  • Perform balance sheet reconciliations and resolve accounting queries

  • Partner with business participants to support accounting and reporting processes

  • Support intercompany, tax, and statutory reporting activities

  • Investigate and resolve financial issues using accounting policies and guidelines

  • See opportunities to improve processes, controls, and efficiencies

  • Collaborate with international teams to deliver high-quality finance operations

  • Make an impact by combining your accounting expertise, analytical demeanor, and passion for continuous improvement

What You will need to be successful:

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent experience

  • Proven experience in a finance, accounting, or shared service environment

  • Fluency in Polish with strong communication and partner management skills

  • Strong analytical mentality with excellent numerical and financial foresight

  • Customer and service- focused approach with a focus on delivering high-quality support

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities

  • Confident and professional approach when interacting with internal collaborators

  • Strong collaboration, communication, and relationship-building skills

  • Proactive, assertive, and solution-focused perspective
