Requirements: 2.5+ years professional experience in architectural design, with a portfolio showcasing conceptual design, development, and documentation expertise. Proficiency in architectural drafting software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp. Strong design sensibility and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate concepts into functional and aesthetically pleasing designs. Thorough understanding of architectural principles, building codes, zoning regulations, and construction methods. Project management skills, including the ability to manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to clients, stakeholders, and project teams. Preferred: experience with Buildxact, or willingness to undergo training. Core responsibilities: Develop innovative architectural concepts and design solutions for residential, commercial, or institutional projects. Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to define project goals, requirements, and design objectives. Prepare preliminary sketches, renderings, and presentations to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts. Produce detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications using CAD software. Refine design iterations by incorporating feedback, technical requirements, and regulatory standards. Create comprehensive construction documents, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details, to guide construction teams. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining communication, providing updates, and addressing concerns throughout the project lifecycle.
