Experienced Architect | Housing Project | Dublin 2

Rhythm Careers is recruiting on behalf of an architecture and interior design studio in central Dublin, currently delivering a housing scheme. They’re looking for an experienced architect to lead the technical side of the project, from tender through to completion on site.

The main focus for this role is finding someone with very good technical skills who can also lead tender drawing preparation. You’ll also coordinate consultants through the design and technical stages, making sure everyone’s input aligns and nothing gets missed. Once the project moves on site, you’ll manage that stage too. This isn’t a role where you hand over and step back: you’ll be involved from tender right through to completion.

Given the level of responsibility, the studio wants someone with solid experience already behind them, ideally on housing projects, and a good grasp of construction detail and technical documentation. Above all, they need someone confident coordinating multiple consultants and resolving site issues as they arise.
