What You’ll Be Doing As an Architect of Digital Transformation , you’ll help organizations digitalize their operations and transform into Digital Winners. You'll analyze their organizational, technical, and behavioral capacities - including their process orientation and architectural capabilities. To do this, you’ll conduct interviews, run workshops, and engage with stakeholders across the business and IT. Your insights will drive strategic and tactical recommendations that you present to directors and board members, helping them steer meaningful change. This position can be fulfilled at both an Associate and a Principal level. Here's what each level looks like: Associate Level Facilitate workshops to establish and improve views on organizational value streams, underlying technologies and architectures, leadership and people behaviors, and organizational capabilities Develop models of organizational structures, technological architectures, and leadership behaviors Support the technology and engineering aspects of projects and teams Participate in team planning sessions, improvement meetings, demos, and evaluations Plan and deliver materials to support organizational change initiatives Principal Level Understand the client’s industry, business model, and the operating models that best support them Develop a holistic view of the organization: its people, technologies, capabilities, and interdependencies Analyze business structures, technological architectures, processes, and practices Initiate and lead workshops to assess and improve organizational value streams, technologies, behaviors, and capabilities Advise board members, directors, and team leads on improving business agility and organizational flow Define and present strategic and tactical digital transformation plans to senior leadership What You’ll Get in Return Strategic, high-impact work with C-level visibility and influence The opportunity to shape digital strategy and transformation across multiple industries A variety of challenges: no repetitive transformation templates, always something new A tight-knit community of experienced transformation architects and advisors The freedom to lead initiatives and experiment with new approaches A healthy mix of consulting, coaching, and architecture-driven change What You Need to Succeed in This Role You love sharing your knowledge and educating departments, projects, and teams on new technologies, frameworks, best practices, and working methods You’re curious about emerging digital developments and not afraid to dive into the unknown You’re comfortable developing and delivering customer-facing training sessions and workshops You know how to build bridges within organizations and help teams align across business and IT You have experience in architecture-driven transformations and understand how to turn strategy into execution You’re skilled at working with stakeholders at all levels - from team leads to board members You enjoy leading workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions with both business and technical audiences
