Architect / Project Architect

A prestigious, medium-sized architectural design office in Dublin is growing and seeking to recruit a Registered Architect to manage a range of residential and leisure projects through to completion.

The ideal Architect will have in excess of 5 years experience, some of which must be post professional registration and proven success managing medium-scale projects successfully in line with current industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee architectural projects from through to completion
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure project success
• Ensure projects comply with industry regulations and standards

Qualifications:

• RIAI / RIBA Registered Architect with 5 years+ architectural experience
• Previous project experience across residential, healthcare, educational, OR leisure developments
• Strong design skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A comprehensive knowledge of current industry regulations is essential
• Proficiency in BIM software ArchiCAD and/or Revit
• Proven ability to manage projects through all stages of delivery
• MUST hold full eligibility to work in Ireland

Salary and Benefits:

• Competitive salary: €60k-€70k
