Architect/Project Manager

Job Description Exciting and highly rewarding opportunity for an Architect/Project Manager looking to join the team in Minneapolis! This is a hybrid position with working three days in the office and two days remote. Responsibilities: Lead design efforts for a variety of corporate/industrial, government, and educational projects Collaborate/coordinate activities with a multidiscipline team As Project Architect, responsible for developing schematic designs, assisting with specification preparation/edits, and preparing production documentation As Project Manager, responsible for managing fee estimates, project budgets, and schedules Assist with business development activities including developing project proposals/presentations Build/maintain client relationships Requirements: Degree in Architecture 8+ years of experience with progressive responsibilities Previous corporate project experience Experience in educational and government projects preferred Experience serving as a Project Manager with demonstrated abilities related to multi-tasking, time management, budgeting, communication (verbal, written, and presentation), and leadership Architectural Registration in State of Minnesota or ability to become registered within one year of employment Architectural Registration in additional states a plus Proficient with design applications including Revit, AutoCAD, and Sketch-up Knowledge of graphics applications including Photoshop, Illustrator, and In-Design preferred Salary is commensurate with experience.
