BIM Consult Philippines specializes in Building Information Modeling (BIM) to improve project coordination long before construction begins. We focus on creating accurate, centralized 3D models integrating structural, architectural, and MEP systems to minimize clashes and delays. With extensive experience across infrastructure, transportation, high-rise, institutional, commercial, and healthcare developments, our team emphasizes clear communication, structured workflows, and predictable outcomes from design through completion.

We are seeking 10 Architectural BIM Modelers for a 2-year contract dedicated to a major Hospital Project. In this full-time remote role, you will be responsible for developing detailed, coordinated architectural 3D models aligned with project standards and BIM execution plans.

You will work closely with project managers and multidisciplinary modelers (Structural & MEP) to resolve clashes, prepare room books, and produce high-quality construction and shop drawings derived directly from the BIM environment.

• Develop and refine coordinated 3D architectural BIM models in Revit based on design inputs.
• Prepare comprehensive Room Books and required project documentation.
• Integrate architectural models with Structural and MEP disciplines.
• Participate actively in 3D coordination and clash detection/resolution workflows.
• Generate accurate construction drawings, shop drawings, and schedules directly from BIM models.
• Maintain model integrity, standards compliance, and proper version control.
• Collaborate proactively with cross-functional internal and external stakeholders to ensure design intent and constructability.

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in Revit Architectural Modeling.
• Domain Expertise: Direct experience working on Hospital/Healthcare Projects and Room Book preparations is required.
• Education: Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong proficiency in Revit and industry-standard BIM software.
• Solid understanding of architectural design, construction details, and MEP system integration.
• Hands-on experience with 3D coordination, clash detection, and shop drawing production.
• Soft Skills:
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote setup.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
