Architectural Draftsperson (Revit)

We are looking for a skilled Architectural Revit Designer to support a dynamic, fast-paced team delivering high-quality built environment projects across Australia and New Zealand. Provide architectural design and drafting support for a range of Australian and New Zealand projects. Interpret sketches, markups, and design concepts to produce accurate, presentation-ready drawings and documentation. Develop and coordinate architectural plans, elevations, sections, and detailed documentation for design and construction submissions. Assist in preparing design presentation packs and tender submission documents, as required. Contribute to interior design documentation and fit-out detailing, depending on project scope. Apply a sound understanding of Australian building materials, construction methods, and documentation conventions. Collaborate effectively with Australian team members, maintaining clear and responsive communication in a remote environment. Support the design team from concept through to detailed documentation, commensurate with experience and skill level. Ensure all work complies with Australian Building Codes and Standards and firm documentation protocols. Other role specific duties as they arise. 5+ years experience in architectural design and/or construction documentation. Experience working on Australian construction projects is required. Must have proficiency in Autodesk Revit for documentation and coordination. Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent. Must have experience across commercial, multi-residential, or fit-out projects. Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply Australian design standards, codes, and materials. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office beneficial. Strong attention to detail, technical accuracy, and ability to work to deadlines. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across time zones. Registration (or progress toward registration) with an architectural board desirable but not essential.
